Since early March 2020, we have been tackling COVID-19 in Niseko. We looked after our guests who were unable to make their ski holidays as planned and assisted them so that they were impacted as little as possible. For those who stayed in Niseko during this time, we implemented more rigourous safety procedures in response to requirements issued by Japanese authorities and exercised greater vigilance in maintaining guest health and safety while continuing to deliver our services. All of our guests who returned home after their trip were healthy and deemed coronavirus free.
We have been assessing and evaluating the situation here in Hokkaido since the onset of COVID-19. As government directives and regulations have been continually changing, we have been constantly reviewing our services and processes and mapping the solutions that we will apply to our business practices. The measures that are integrated into our service delivery are thoroughly scrunitised to ensure you feel safe and taken care of while continuing to enjoy our services.
The well-being of our guests and staff is paramount. We have always maintained the importance of ensuring the safety and health of everyone, whether it is during our snowsports programs, the provision of our concierge services or delivery of our other services.
Given that COVID-19 is now a part of our every day lives, we are taking additional measures to ensure the safety of all our guests and staff at all times during all activities to ensure that health is preserved and maintained, and is not compromised at any point during your holiday with HSC.
Our current COVID-19 measures info sheet can be found here.
