The New Hokkaido Style Guidelines were introduced by the Hokkaido government in 2020 in response to COVID-19. Our services are delivered in accordance with the New Hokkaido Style guidelines, and we take extra precautions to ensure our guests feel safe and remain healthy during their time with us.
