Luke's Alpine Club
Situated inside Setsu Hotel in Grand Hirafu Village, Chef Travis Masiero and his team bring a touch of Bostonian charm to Niseko with the newest outpost of the popular “Luke’s Oyster Bar & Chop House” from Singapore. Diners will be able to enjoy a menu that includes plump oysters and impeccably grilled steaks amid the contemporary ambiance.
Sushi Yume by Sase
Hirafu welcomes a new sushi restaurant, led by the esteemed Chef Sase, previously at Sapporo’s acclaimed Sushizen. This new venture promises to bring a slice of Sapporo’s renowned sushi craftsmanship to Hirafu, offering an array of exquisite sushi selections prepared with the freshest local ingredients.
“Eat the street in Niseko” Food Truck Village and Pop-up Food Stalls Hirafu
Enjoy the flavours of local food products with “Eat the Streets In Niseko”. Located at Sunsports Land (opposite AYA Niseko) from December 23, 2023, to February 24, 2024, this Food Trucks Village will be home to a variety of food trucks offering delicious food and beverages. This will be a perfect spot for après-ski gatherings after a day on the slopes. For a different vibe, walk along the main street of Hirafu Village. There are a variety of food stalls, each offering their unique local flavors and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

Niseko-Yo
Niseko-Yo, the newly rebranded dining area in Niseko Village, is set to feature a blend of both new and existing eateries. This includes the ramen and izakaya establishment, GOGYO POWERED BY IPPUDO, the renowned Philippines pizza brand Baby Crosta, and the local favorite, Long-Tan.
Kutchan dining
Rikka
Rikka is a new Japanese restaurant in Kutchan offering an authentic Omakase experience. Led by a local chef, this intimate venue highlights the chef’s skill in crafting a menu that changes with the seasons, providing diners with a down-to-earth Japanese experience.
The Social
The newest social spot in Kutchan, The Social is a great spot for a night out pub style. Their menu ranges from New York-style pizzas to wings, and the bar offers a diverse selection of local and international drinks. Guests can also enjoy billiards, darts, and live sports on large TVs.
Sukiya
Sukiya, a well-known chain restaurant in Japan offering beef bowl “gyudon”, is set to open its doors in Kutchan. With budget-friendly prices and a cozy atmosphere, Sukiya will be a great option for locals and tourists wanting a quick yet satisfying meal. Currently still under construction, it is expected to open in late December.

Toshiro's Bar
Toshiro’s Bar, a cherished local gem in Hirafu, has relocated to an enchanting new venue for the 2023-2024 winter season. Formerly housed in the Prince Hirafu Hotel, the bar has now found a new home in Sansui Niseko, where a charming and newly created space awaits. This intimate establishment boasts an extensive collection of carefully selected whiskey and gin bottles from around the world. It stands as the perfect retreat to unwind and savor a drink after a thrilling day on the slopes.
The Flats
The Flats Lounge, situated in the Odin Building, has expanded its offerings by introducing a new restaurant and bar at Chatrium. Situated on the 1st floor, this addition to The Flats brand utilises seasonal Hokkaido produce to present a diverse array of dining options, spanning from casual lunches to intricate grilled dishes. The restaurant presents a versatile menu, including à la carte selections, course menus, and an exclusive Chef’s Table experience.
